We are currently experiencing an issue affecting chat and email conversations that connect to Salesforce, caused by a wider Salesforce outage.

Conversations may not be passed to Salesforce, and case updates coming back from Salesforce may be delayed or missing. Salesforce is recovering and our team is monitoring the connection closely to confirm everything returns to normal.
