The provider of our semantic layer had a production issue which is now resolved. For future outages we can switch to direct queries reducing risk of prolonged downtime.

Salesforce connection unavailable for chat and email

Salesforce has resolved the outage on their side, and chat and email conversations that connect to Salesforce are working normally again. Conversations are being passed to Salesforce, and case updates are coming back as expected. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
