One of the libraries we are using was connecting to the wrong url. We have fixed the issue and restored the service.

The issue has now been resolved. The root cause was a wrong update of our widget library that is present on customers website.
You might still see weird UI or colors, it takes a bit of time for the new fix to kick in. Clearing your browser cache will speed up things. In case you still see issues, please get in touch.
We are working on improving our process to prevent such issues from happening again. Thanks for understanding.

We made a code change that caused the webchats to stop sending messages. The impact was limited to certain customers.
We have identified and reverted the broken code. The service is now restored.

The issue was a partial configuration that was wrong. The issue was rectified and this piece of configuration will be versioned better and subjected to four-eyes.
